The same thing happend to me when I wasn't eating all my calories. As soon as I started eating more I started shedding the lbs again! It also helps to eat more often but smaller portions.

I also tried C25k 2 years ago and had horrible shin splints and quit at week 5. Thanks to MFP, I lost some more weight and got fitted for a good pair of running shoes at Fleet Feet and ran my first 5k this month! Then, two weeks later I ran another one! I'm addicted!
