  • My lowest weight at this height was 152lbs. That doesn't sound thin but apparently for my frame I can't get much thinner without looking sick. At that time, my mom was convinced I was doing drugs (I wasn't) because I was so thin. *shrug* I was healthy and I thought I looked fit, not thin.
  • I'm starting in the Fall as well. I'm hoping to lost another 20lbs before then and reach my goal weight by Christmas! Definitely won't be easy with the stress of my first year of a PhD program but hopefully all the biking will help.

My weight has always gone up and down but I find that when I have my eating habits under control, I start to feel like the rest of my life is in control as well. If I'm eating poorly, I start to feel like my life is spiraling out of control and I make other bad decisions…
  • I'm 5'10" and my ideal weight is 155lbs. I've been this weight before and it made me about a size 4-6 in women's clothing. I've got a long way to go to get back to that though.
