Do you follow the diet? It seems really low in calories to me. I have her Mat DVD and love it. I'm thinking about getting Meta. Have you done the rebounder DVD?

I have two go to breakfast options: 1) 1 egg + 2 egg whites on a flat out wrap with a laughing cow cheese or 2) fiber one 80 calorie cereal with a quarter cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I also have coffee with a splenda and touch of unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
