Day 3 = DONE! Did "No More Trouble Zones" instead of the shred and burned 527 calories. Sweat my butt off too. This DVD takes about an hour though, so it makes sense that I was about to die at the end. YAY! it seems like without structure i am a bit lazy - so, since the slimdown is mapped out day by day i think i am going to be able to stick to it better. EXCEPT i despise banish fat boost metabolism, so i will do her yoga DVD on those days :glasses:

LOL! TRUST ME!!! this has NEVER happened before! i think i was just stressed and couldn't sleep - today i had to meet with th ex-bf to collect my things, and apparently remind him he is now my ex. i hope it happens tomorrow but i am not counting on it!! at least not at 7am :noway:

i dont like going to bed hungry but i am a late night dinner person so i usually dont have that issue. chocolate milk or a bowl of cereal usually do the trick if needed though!

ditto. i look at the results afterwards to see how many minutes i was burning fat and how many was general fitness. but i make the calorie burn the thing that counts, and try to keep my heart rate moving as high as possible, with in the healthy zone of course...i dont think our bodies will let us do more than that anyways…

i rely on milk as a source of protein, and buy organic only. my body actually craves it after a workout - and my trainer once said chocolate milk is one of the best things you can have after a workout. oh yea, i take my milk with chocolate! LOL! i wish i was better with tea at home. when i am out i always order an iced…

16.9 oz. a pint is 16 ounces and the bottle holds an extra .9 of an ounce, so almost 17 ounces! when you add your bottles up for the day, make sure you dont forget about the .9 of an ounce, they add up! recycle those bottles :bigsmile:
