Maybe you have been doing chest excercises at the gym. While I don't have boobs, chest presses and push ups have built my pecs so I actually have cleavage (and no man boobs).

Ten years ago I was a size 44. I lost 80 pounds over about 3-4 years by adjusting food consumption which brought it down to a 34.
