That is so funny. When I buy junk food (say.. a box of Girl Scout Cookies), I try to eat the thing as soon as possible so that I don't have to eat a few every day! Funny you ask~ I was reading "Fitness" magazine at the gym on Friday. It said if you are trying to lose weight, do cardio FIRST & then lift. If you are trying to build muscle, lift & then do cardio. Hope this helps! :)
