I think if you continue to workout 3x a week, you might need to up your calories to 1600. Even Proportions of carbs and protein....and lower fat those 2. You have to eat it to lose it, you might have hit a nutrition plateau..... my .02

We should all be careful when recommending such low caloric intake. IMO Dieting without exercise is not a long term solution for overall health. We must change the way we eat, and incorporate regular exercise into our lives, we ARE supposed to eat...we are built to eat... just my .02

I used P90X to lose 30lbs and it worked great for me, very structured, excellent nutrition plan, the best part IS the variation of the workouts, basically you have 3 weeks of 3 resistance days (chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs and abs) then 2 days cardio (Plyometrics, Kenpo X,) 1 day yoga, then rest, then a "rest week"…

My understanding is it takes time for the skin to go back to normal, and there may be some parts that just don't ever look right.

Your results in the last 30 days will be amazing, that's when the magic happens. The scale is not always your friend, you are going through radical changes and your body will change alot, gains, losses etc....the truth is in the measurements, your energy level, and how YOU feel! You look awesome, keep it up......

I lost 30lbs and 12% body fat doing P90X, I started at 240lbs, I ate a 1900 cal 50/30/20 Pro/Car/Fat diet for the the first 45 days, then switched to 40/40/20 @ 1900....for the rest of it... Best way to burn fat is to build muscle, and that said, not necessarily 'bulked' up. If you P90X Classic, with bands or dumbells and use a weight light enough to 15 reps, you will see amazing results.

BBL is a fantastic program just look up some some results. As far as Shakeology goes, people really shouldn't make definitive comments about if you don't what your talking about.

I looked at your diary, and I agree with increasing the protein. I'd even challenge you for 4 weeks to change your ratios to 45/35/20 - Protein/Carbs/Fat, totally commit to it, no exceptions. You might even be able to bump your total calories up to 1600 if you are exercising enough. Just my .02

So many great suggestions here. Are you tracking your food? Do you know how many calories you should be eating and what macro nutrient ratio? If you are exercising regularly, when? how often? How long? Any idea how many calories you are burning? You can dial it in, and really get a good look at what is going on.

Stretching will reduce soreness and stiffness, and also helps with flexibility. That Stretch 40 is a bear, no doubt, but for me skipping it would be like someone weak in the arms skipping the bicep curls. It's only going to help in the long run.

Do you plan your meals a week ahead of time? Or do you eat on the fly? I find that planning all my meals on Sunday for the week ahead, helps me be accountable, like setting a goal. Map it out, then follow your map..... my .02 :noway:

Hi Sarah, Sounds like a plateau to me.... What is your current calorie intake? Can you post a link to your food diary? Any idea what your calorie burn is weekly due to the exercise you are doing? What is your current weight? Height? Age? Let me know, you might not be eating enough....let's take a look under the hood :noway:
