This is how I do mine: 1) Determine your resting metabolic rate. Welcome...I totally get the long hours thing, I work 60 hours a week, and I either have to do it super early AM, my preference, or later at night after dinner is prepared for the family, dishes, bat/bedtime for the little one, etc, etc...sometimes it isn't until midnight. What are your goals?

I had to customize my calories in MFP, I didn't like the way it calculates exercise. So what I did is add my average calorie burn from my weekly exercise into my overall caloric goal. Losing Steam? You probably need to mix it up a bit. You have lost 70lbs already, that right there is an accomplishment. Try mixing up your nutrition, and you exercise, throw something new in the mix.... Congratulations on the 70 ! :happy:
