I mix it up a lot, but currently I am doing Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds (3 or 4 mile), Violet Zaki's Weight Loss Cardio Kickboxing, and Level 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I do each twice a week.

I too am a diabetic. I love love love the Atkins Daybreak strawberry banana shakes. They are really delicious and have worked wonders for me. I have them every morning with my coffee and eat the Atkins bars for lunch a lot. I am not on the Atkins diet nor would I ever be, but I love being able to eat these for breakfast…

Sensa... you really expect me to believe that you can sprinkle some stuff on your food, not do any extra physical activity, not change your diet and still lose weight? Do I have sucker tattooed on my forehead? As far as celebrity promoting these products... Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper come to mind.

Their caramel sauce is something awful! It tastes like chemicals and leaves that nasty after-taste in your mouth. I bought it because I was making caramel apples and decided to try to get a "healthier" caramel sauce for my apple, but I have not used it since. Seriously awful.

Leafy greens (usually romaine and spinach) cucumbers green peppers Yogurt dressing or Light Italian Sometimes black olives French's onion strings (just a little to replace the crunch of the croutons) If I really need it to be light then I'll go for almonds or pistachios in place of the onion strings

I really like Mexican style turkey burgers. Season meat similar to a taco, add jalapenos and cook on grill or in a pan. Top with salsa and wholly guacamole. So yummy!

I judge people who blast their radios. If I'm 10 car lengths behind you and can hear your music it's way too loud. Oh and morning joggers. Don't know why... just envious I guess. LOL!

Agreed. I think it's better to weigh yourself first thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom. This will be when your stomach is most empty. If you measure in the afternoon you have food and water weight in your system. : )

I tend to eat a lot more calories for dinner since I workout right before dinner. I am still seeing amazing results. I would say as long as you're losing the weight go ahead.
