Can't remember the type, but I know Rubbermaid puts them out. They don't last forever but they work. Zip lock bags too.

I totally forgot the spaghetti o's and ravioli. I don't think those actually were real meatballs or real hot dogs, or and sort of real meat in those products. Not from a can, but I used to eat dry ramen noodles, no seasoning.

Salsa on salad is delicious! We have "taco Tuesday" weekly and I always have a ginormous salad and use salsa, greek yogurt, avocado and a bit of hot sauce. Or you can bake corn tortillas is the oven for chips. Yum.

A couple of Lindt Lindor truffles. If I'm having a sweet tooth and want something with more nutrition I have plain greek yogurt with a bit of honey and fruit. When I'm feeling nostalgic I have graham crackers with chocolate frosting...yes, from a jar. My mom used to make this for us when I was young.

Yeah, I'm really bad at wording things...I think what I'm trying to ask is can I leave the strap on all day, but only use the watch itself as needed? Like say we bike 20 miles...I want to be able to use my garmin with heart rate monitor for that. Then we stop and take in the sights, eat something, I don't want to be using…

Just wanted to add, I'm not looking to use my garmin as an all day activity tracker, I have my fitbit for that. I'm mainly concerned about the bike rides. We will probably be taking long trips on the bikes combined with some hiking. My fitbit will track hiking and general walking around. I wear my garmin for my runs, which…

Love the almond milk as well. I buy the sugar free flavored syrups like Davinci or Torani and put that in there for any flavor combination I want.

Thank you everyone for the advice! I'm going to fininsh out this week with my run today, repeat week 9 next week and see how my body handles it. Once I complete this training I am going to try his intermediate program and work on speed. One of my goals this year is to get my 5k under half an hour. Thanks again everyone!
