I find if I exercise regularly it keeps my depression (chronic) under control. Eating or shopping both make it worse cos they give me something else to feel bad about.

Chocolate...did someone say chocolate? Energy stuff? That IS motivation! Good on you for running. Sadly my knee tendon issues don't allow me to run distance. I totally understand the boost they give you. Awesome stuff!

I get stuck in this rut. You probably ate more than you thought you did out of boredom .Getting out is a great thing to do, you're distracted, busy AND moving around.....awesome!! :smile:

I always feel bad for eating at night. Maybe I shouldn't be so hard on myself.
