Some of these are wildly inaccurate or misleading. It takes a hell of a lot of celery to get to 200 calories. That picture MIGHT be 50-80 calories.

I agree. Love the workouts, but I don't believe a lick in Shakeology. I enjoy my protein shakes, and have learned (thanks to MFP) how to eat well.

I buy the Target brand because I think it tastes pretty good, is pretty low calorie and really high in protein. My boyfriend buys Syntha-6, which I think tastes a lot better, but is higher calorie for less protein.

I don't like cooked spinach at all. It's gross. I do, however like it raw. Broccoli is good both ways. So, if you really want to cook it, then broccoli, if you're making a salad, then both.

At 5'3" and 128 pounds, I still wear a size 8-10 pants. I actually really hate the lower half of my body, but I guess it's just something I"m going to have to learn to deal with.
