I don't see why this is offensive. Noodles and vegetables are not inherently bad, either, but if I posted something that said "here. Eat a ****ton of top ramen" people would be all over the nutrition content of that.

I don't know if I will be much help to you, but I'm veg too and I don't take any extra vitamins. I am very careful about making sure I read labels to make sure I get the nutrients I need, and often find that I am lacking in iron and I have stretches of time where I am very lethargic. I haven't had any issues with hair…

I'm a vegetarian, but am cutting out eggs, dairy and honey. I also don't wear animals or buy products tested on animals, so I'm getting there.

Work your pecs. Push-ups, bench pressing etc. Keep your muscles healthy and big so they can hold up the boobs.

There is no need to do a "cleanse." Just get back on track, eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, drink a bunch of water and get your workouts in. Also, protein and vegetables are not mutually exclusive. I get 98% of my protein from plants an the other 2% from dairy and eggs (which I'm cutting out.)
