My fiance puts a serving on a slice of whole grain toast as a snack. He says it's really filling. I like peanut butter with pretty much anything or just by itself. Peanut butter spoons are a great treat, I take a scoop of it on a spoon and sprinkle a few bittersweet chocolate chips on it. Mmm.

I eat pretty much the same things for breakfast and lunch every day so it usually ends up breaking down to: Breakfast: 12% Lunch: 29% Dinner: 40% Snacks: 19% The snacks percentage floats around a bit, I don't always use it all or sometimes I'll have a bigger meal and less snacks but that's a roughly accurate breakdown.

Not sure what size you wear but Express carries up to a 14 online (but only up to 12 in store). I wear their pants to work almost every day! I'm definitely looking forward to fitting back into Bebe clothes, though!

I'm not broadcasting it. My fiance and my best friend know and they're also my friends on MFP, but that's it. I don't go around telling people I gained weight, why would I say anything about losing it? I would talk to someone about it if they asked, though, I don't see a reason to be secretive.

I love wearing heels! I prefer 4"+ but I don't wear them on the daily. I'm 5'7" and my fiance is 5'9" but luckily he doesn't have a problem with me wearing tall heels. In fact, he encourages it. Yep. I find that it's slightly better when I get some sun but since skin cancer runs in my family I try to avoid doing that. Nothing else has helped though.

I'm getting married October 6th! I'm not losing for the wedding but I will hopefully have lost a bit of weight by the time the wedding rolls around. Really, though, the wedding has little bearing on my choice to lose weight.

I'm an IT Manager and I recommend the same thing anytime anyone asks me- Fujitsu. You'll get the most bang for your buck and they last forever. I also like Toshibas as far as a good computer for a good price. Thinkpads and Vaios are overpriced but they are solid little machines.

Water, Vitamin Water Zero, Sobe Lifewater 0 Calories, or, if I really want a soda, V8 Fusion Sparkling. The V8 Fusion Sparkling have 60 calories but they at least have some nutritional value in them compared to soda.

Even at my smallest weight of 135lbs at 5'7" (what I'm trying to get back to) I was never smaller than a DDD. Unfortunately they're genetic. I wish they'd shrink. :( I'm a 38 F right now and it's miserable.

I allow myself one cheat meal per week, so far it's been on Fridays, though I can see adjusting it to a different day to allow for things like a birthday or other special occasion. I try to keep the overage to 1500 or less calories over my daily goal. So far I've been steadily losing.

I have and HTC Nexus One, which was Google's flagship phone. I love it but it's 2+ years old at this point and I know I'm going to have to start looking for a new phone in the near future.

I don't cook with them too often but my favourite way to eat them is as a burger. I grill one and put it on a bun with a little mozzarella cheese and any other burger toppings I feel like having. Low cal and delicious!
