Vegan here, coming up on 4 years. Was vegetarian for a long time prior to making the switch.

I track my vitamins in a separate "Supplements" meal in my diary. I've found most of the ones I've tried to log and on the off chance I can't I find one I just create a new entry.

You're welcome to add me as a friend, my diary is viewable to friends. I've been vegan for almost 4 years and vegetarian for almost 20 years before that. I usually hit my macros/nutrients before exercise calories. I am also not vegan for my health and eat what I like, including mock meats and other processed foods. I track…

Paninis. My brother bought me a panini press for Xmas and I have been obsessed. So far my favourite version has been Yves Turk'y, bruschetta, and Chao slices on sprouted grain bread. So quick and high protein.

Eating fast food that fits in your calories isn't going to derail your progress. Not eating and binging when you get home might. However, the situation that you outlined says to me you need to pack food or go to a different restaurant for lunch- and call the health department.

I'm personally a huge fan of mock meats, particularly the Gardein chicken strips, to add to dishes when I'm low on protein. They're low calorie and super versatile. PsuLemon had great suggestions. Things like swapping out white rice for quinoa make small differences over the course of the day that add up. I like to use…

I'm not a big sweets person so I'd have to say for me cakes, cookies, candies, etc just aren't worth the calories. I'd much rather have something salty and crunchy.

I'll try pretty much anything as long as it's vegan. I do tend to avoid the zucchini in everything/as noodles trend though. Never been a fan

I've been vegan for almost 4 years, vegetarian for around 15 years before that.

I eat whatever I feel like eating within my calories. I make an effort to match my macros when meal planning but it's not a huge deal for me.

I'm just under 5'7". The left photo is around my heaviest weight of 257lbs. The right photo is my current weight of about 170lbs. They're about 2 years apart. My GW is 135lbs so I have a bit to go.

I've lost over 80lbs at this point. I still have a ways to go but so far I've gone from a size 20 to a 10. I've purged my closet multiple times so far. Things that are too baggy and look sloppy get the boot and it helps me identify holes in my current wardrobe that were harder to see because I was masking them with things…

Instant oatmeal, a handful of peanuts, Kashi granola bars, water-packed fruit cups, and Magnum Mini ice cream bars are my typical snacks (though they'd be tough to bring to the office).
-
The one on the left was about 6 months before I started my journey, the picture on the right is ~66lbs down, halfway to my goal.

I don't freak out, but I do try my best to pre-plan my meal before I get to the restaurant or place a delivery order. Sometimes it's more spur of the moment and I have to do some calculations while the server is bringing the drink order but luckily MFP is easily accessible on my phone.

Veggie Lo Mein is always my go-to but it's been hard for me to find a restaurant I love since I moved from New York. Nothing quite like New York style Chinese food. Or pizza, for that matter.
-
I'm 5' 6.75" and my goal weight is 135. I've been lower and am currently much, much higher. 135 is where I felt the best previously so that's what I'm shooting for.

I love the style that hooks over the ear. They're not wireless but I have Sony AS200 earbuds right now and they're great for what I need. They're also pretty cheap.

Water with flavouring (Mio, etc), flavoured sparkling water (Perrier L'Orange and Dasani Black Cherry are my current favourites), coffee, and green tea. Oh, and wine.
-
Popcorn, frozen fruit ice pops, oatmeal, and water packed fruit cups are my snacks of choice right now.
-
I use a traditional style Keurig to brew my coffee. The K-Cup pods vary in calories with the majority of coffees reported as somewhere around 5 calories. I log it (as well as logging the creamer I put in it) because it was something I put in my body. I also log "0 calorie" things like mustard and the Mio drink additives…

My usual breakfast starts with a cup of coffee with three tablespoons of vanilla creamer. Sometimes I'll have a water-packed fruit cup and/or a packet of peaches and cream oatmeal made with a half cup of milk in addition to the coffee. I'm not really a morning person and sometimes the idea of food when I first get up is…

Height: 5' 6.75" Age/Gender: 24/Female Highest weight: 230lbs Current Weight: 190.6lbs Current body fat: 36% Lowest weight: 124lbs? My lowest healthy weight was 135lbs. Goal weigh: 135lbs

I was an ovolacto veggie for 7 years (no seafood) and never experienced problems with nightmares. I'm no longer a vegetarian but I still don't eat fish (except for the occasional sushi) and I'm still nightmare free.
-
I'm 5'6.75" with a medium to large frame and my goal weight is 135lbs. I look the best between 135-145lbs. Any smaller I look boney, any heavier I feel chubby.

You're lucky there are nice people on this board who will tell you the truth. Bipolar is something that you need to manage with therapy and medication prescribed to you by a doctor. There is no cure, anyone who tells you otherwise is selling snake oil.

My HG mascara is Benefit's They're Real, but I think it's $26 a tube. Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes is great for a fluttery look but I think it's in the $20 range. My favourite drugstore mascara is L'Oreal's Voluminous Million Lashes. I think is $8-$9 a tube. Edit: I'm surprised to see so many votes for Maybelline's…
