Either beef and broccoli, or maybe a shrimp and vegetable. You know, the stuff you see the emoloyees eating, who are universally not of the same girth as the customers.

I like spicy "bean curd home style" - which is essentially fried tofu in a wonderfully spicy sauce, vegetable lo mein and vegetable spring rolls. AND NOW I AM HUNGRY! Why did I click!?!?

Spring rolls, followed by chicken in black-bean sauce and jasmine rice (or fried rice if I'm feeling reckless).

Veggie Lo Mein is always my go-to but it's been hard for me to find a restaurant I love since I moved from New York. Nothing quite like New York style Chinese food. Or pizza, for that matter.

Ma Po Tofu is my fave. There used to a place in Vegas that did a Ma Po Tofu Ramen that was amazing, but they closed a few years ago.
