I'm 5'2" and started this journey at 128. I'm now down to 121.8 I've hit a little plateu and recently upped my calories to 1400 calories. Yay!! My most memorable was completing my first half last October. It was in Augusta GA and absolutely beautiful! I just completed my second half a month ago (3/20), the Georgia Half Marathon in Atlanta and it was nothing but hills! I just wanted to cross the finish line! I also used Hal Higdons program for both

Yes wait! Thats what I did for my last weigh in. I was really nervous and I knew that I would be discouraged if it hadn't moved. I now weigh myself every other week.

You can bake some chicken the night before and take with Birdseye Steamfresh frozen veggies. Oh and WAR EAGLE! I start in the fall for grad school! :happy:

I'm the same way! I stopped weighing myself so frequently so I wouldn't be so discouraged. My weight fluctuated a lot and then I started to look at my sodium levels. I was over on sodium by like 3000mg on some days. Watch your sodium and drink lots of water. Daily weight fluctuation is normal.
