I would suggest getting new shoes!

Depends on your own personal preferences. I used to weigh myself multiple times daily and the scale actually became my enemy. Since I am so close to my goal weight (within 5 pounds), I actually haven't weighed myself since the 1st of the month and have been going on how I feel and my clothes since I'm now more concerned…

Today. I've been on MFP for over a year now and am fairly close to my goal weight. However, I really need to lose fat and tone up. I started lifting weights last week and doing less cardio and have been feeling amazing! I've cut out all junk and fast food and have been eating healthy. I've also increased my calories since…

I'm in a similar situation as you! I'm 5'2 and currently 116-117. My goal weight is under 115. I've been told not to focus on the weight and the number on the scale but I feel like I should look totally different since I'm close to my goal. My trouble spots are my thighs and stomach as well. The only prob for me is that…

I have to say that for me it burns and hurts when I first start running in the cold but after a while you warm up. I had to do a 17 mile run in 32 degree weather with 20mph winds when I was training for my marathon. I would suggest just to take it slow at first until your body warms up. Also, wear a hat of some sort. You…

EAT back your exercise calories!!! You want to make sure your "NET calories" are 1330. You need fuel food for your body!
-
Feel free to add me! I've done two half marathons and 1 full!

Feel free to send me a request!

Sounds about right! Drink LOTS and LOTS of water!

Make sure you are meeting your NET CALORIE goal. On days you exercise, your food calories will be higher if you eat your exercise calories (I recommend you do). Some healthy options with "relatively" high calories are apples and peanut butter and almonds. Hope this helps!

Congrats! You are absolutely amazing and such an inspiration!

Emporio Armani Diamonds.... I almost stole it from my ex because I loved it so much lol!

EAT YOUR EXCERISE CALORIES BACK!!! MFP already has you at a built in deficit. You should have a NET of AT LEAST 1200 calories. So if you have it set at 1300 and eat that much, and run 5 miles, burning 500 cals, you are at a NET of 800 cals. WAY TOO LOW!! If you're nervous about gaining weight, I would try keeping it at…

Hi and welcome! I'm a 22 year old graduate student who has been on here since my junior/senior year of undergrad and absolutely love it! I love all the friends I have on here who support me and push me when I need it. As long as you continue to use MFP, you will see results!! Feel free to add me as a friend! :flowerforyou:
