TOO MUCH food.

I feel like I've eaten plenty today...I'm full from dinner...I do not desire to eat anything else, but I know it's not good to end the day with less than 1000 calories. What's something high calorie but not too terribly unhealthy??

I actually hate nuts and peanut butter, but I can probably force myself to eat a spoonful.

the nuts and nut butters, doesn't have to be peanut... avocado...

swap out some "low fat" choices during your day to up the intake, ie whole milk instead of skim, full fat salad dressing vs fat-free, regular miracle whip instead of reduced fat options,

Do you have protein bars in stock? It would be a quick "dessert" after your meal, and would put a stable 200 cals on your diary! :)
