Asics Gel 2160. I have ran two half marathons and am training for a marathon, all with asics. I need arch support so these help! I'm pretty sure they were rated best running shoes by runners magazing but don't quote me!

I've used it before. I used it recently on a run and since I had an ipod touch, I didn't need to use the foot sensor since the ipod has the sensor built in. It recorded my pace but it didn't record my mileage, which is what I needed. However, in the past it has worked well for me.

Feel free to add me! I'm a first year graduate student but I def gained the dreaded "freshman 15" plus some more in undergrad. I think it's awesome that you've decided to focus on getting healthy now. I waited till I was unhappy with how I looked but everyone has to start somewhere!

:flowerforyou: Feel free to add me!

Hahahah not me. I was on a run with my then boyfriend and we were running on campus. Well that campus (undergrad) had brick sidewalks. Spencer and I got to a point where we took two different paths around a tree. Apparently I tripped on my shoelace and fell hard on the ground. I screamed at first, then cried, and then just…

Not sure about affordable but I LOVE asics. I use the Asics gel-2160 and they were recently voted best running shoes by runners magazine (I think, don't quote me!). Anyways, I would recommend Asics.

Hahahahah I can do that!

It depends... I would say a 7.

Oh I have several lol.... One time I was on an arc trainer and I had been on it for about an hour and a half. I was using the arm things and I bent my head down to pick up my phone or something and hit my head on the arm movers (I don't know what you call them). Needless to say, I hit my head so hard I started bleeding.…

Yes! Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Exercise and sleep will help with stress. I'm right there with you, the holidays are always stressfull for me. Also, make sure you are drinking LOTS of water! Give it time to work and stick with it and you'll see results!

Try and eat some almonds or an apple with peanut butter. Nutritious and higher in calories! And yes, eat back your exercise calories and make sure you have a net of at least 1200. On days you work out, your total calorie consumption will be over to 1200 but you will have a net of 1200. Just remember that MFP has the…

Feel free to add me! I started at 128 and am down to 120. Looking to get to 115. Feel free to add me! All I ask is that you are supportive and have an open food diary!

Feel free to add me! I am a Christian, lived in Del Rio, TX, whole family from Dallas and sister is an Aggie, Gig 'em!. I'm very supportive and have been on MFP for about a year. In that time, I stopped logging once and my weight crept back on. Coincidence? I think not lol.

You're weight will naturally fluctuate due to many reasons: sodium content, water intake, time of the month, etc. I weigh myself daily just to keep an eye on it and figure out how my body works but I only log when I see a loss or if it is on my weigh in day: Monday. Great job so far!!

Haha thanks!

I wouldn't push it with the injury because you could wind up just making it worse. But you know your body the best.

Me too! I'm currently a 36C and want to get down to a 32B.
