I do mornings 5 days a week at the gym 45 min to 1 hr . Weekends I do walks outside 2 to 5 miles sometimes in sections.

there is some very good info here but Its on you!! We do not know how long life is, So make time for you! Everything will fall in place, maybe a bump but change is always resisted. Make the changes for you its worth it.

Funny I have been trying to add this myself. The first day it was two trip three trip for like ten minutes it still kicked my butt. To build muscle you have to add proten. doing 3 set of 10 progress weights going up. will build mass not strength. Strength would be a by product .
