Agreed, I can eat sushi everyday! My favorite staple is the Cali Roll, that's what actually got me into eating raw fish. Unhealthy fav roll: spider roll Fav healthy: salmon sashimi. I don't know the names of most but I eat anything off the boat

I heard you can use Greek Yogurt as a substitute for sour cream. I tried the *athenos brand and it didn't work out very well....any one know of a good one to use? I want to find a substitute for sour cream in a burrito or tacos.

That explains why the "nutritionist" i visited didn't know much. i felt that i knew more about weight loss than she did and never went to my follow up visit.

This is the only bad thing about weight loss lol. i'm in between belt sizes so my pants are either too loose or too tight. Can't wait until it hit an even 32.

Slim Shady is awesome! I went to his anger management tour in back on '03. His sobriety actually inspired me and i haven't had alcohol since Dec 22, 2010. I also find it much easier to maintain/loose weight without drinking.

Powerbar - Pure & Simple - Roasted Peanut Butter, 1 bar 140cals or Raw Amonds. These are cheap and take care of that light headed feeling.

I got the Polar FT7 black/silver and pleased so far. My previous was the strapless Bow Flex model like the one used on p90x. The heart rate bpm readings where consistent with my previous monitor and gym machines. However, I thought there was something wrong with the calorie counter feature. The calorie counter was…

I stopped around day 70 about 3 years ago..... but i have incorporated the p90x exercises in my routine at the gym. I actually still do ab ripper X three times a week as i find that gets me the best ab burn. I put ab ripper on my iphone and ipod, just hearing it keeps me on track.

Logging everything as usual. I'm going to have a protein shake for bfast and lunch, then Epic Meal Time for Thanksgiving! Maybe around 2500-3000 calories...I'll try and keep it low carb. Is this a bad idea?
