Okay thanks everyone. Looks like I need a scale =) Also, I didn't know they were the same. For some reason I thought the crust had more cals sense it was denser.

i eat them like every work day because of the convenience and I'm not that good of a cook. I'm experimenting with Smart ones now, a little lower sodium but it is still pretty high.

This: weight watchers cheese, green and red peppers, onions and mushrooms....155 calories finished product, turkey bacon 100 cals 4 slices. This will keep you full for a while.

6" in turkey breast on 9-grain wheat. Light mayo, loaded with veggies. No cheese, not toasted. You can ask them to take out the middle part of the bread to reduce the carbs. I find it better when doing it at home, something about the gym environment. I do however have a few videos on my iPhone and incorporate the exercises when I work out at the gym. Mostly because they have more dumbbells. I also do Ab Ripper 3 days a week at the gym.
