You do need to change your thinking a bit! If people are hurt, because you say no, due to trying to lose weight, then THEY have the problem, NOT you!!! Most people won't be hurt by it though! If you explain it to them & they understand how important it is to you, then they will stop offering! It will then get easier to say…
