Hey ladies! I am 5' 3" and 30 yrs old... SW: 174 after baby number 2 in December CW: 163lbs GW: 140lbs I eat 1500 calories a day and work out 4-5 days a week with cardio/running and Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 with 5 lb weights.

Found PB2 at netrition.com for the cheapest. Just bought regular and chocolate flavors 16 oz each for 20$ (includes shipping).

I'm 5' 3" and 171lbs....very curvy. What to be around 140lbs and toned....I think I will always be curvy since a have lots of muscle and wide hips (hourglass shape) Really what will be will be for weight....It's more important to be fit and toned then skinny with no curves!

Try more protein. I used to hate breakfast cause it would make me really hungry before lunch, but than realized I was eating just carbs.... Starting eating eggs, peanut butter, cheese or nuts with oatmeal and BAM! Never hungry again before lunch.

Pea2pod is correct!!!!! More protein, veggies, and less sugar and processed foods. Fruit is a good way to fix the sugar craving and greek yogurt kicks out carbs and protein!!!! Try to eat a carb and a protein/fat together so your body metabolizes it better.

Awesome job!!!! I started out about 1month ago about the same weight (171) and now 169lbs. Hope to lose another 29lbs eventually....

Don't lose hope! What are you doing for exercise? I have the opposite problem, the weight on the scale moves down VERY slowly but see results all over ( clothes looser and losing inches). I do Jillian Micheals circuit training and other cardio on the Wii 5 days a week.

I am a rehab therapist and have RA....If none of your other joints swell up then you probably don't have it. I would wait til you see the doctor so he/she can determine inflammation and possible damage to the joint. I suggest the bike and knee brace. Physical therapy is best for strengthening and pain relief strategies.
