it does seem to make me hungry after a long swim, however I just factor that into my overall day. If I don't eat something after a swim then that "bag of chips" comes calling later in the day which is not a good outcome!!

So at the moment, that is 2x 75 min, 1x 90 min and 1x 60min I average about 3.5mph (5km) per hour for each walk; my heart rate is is between 140-160 for the majority of the time; but how do you quantify that it is over or above the other measure of flat walking?

I did mine in bigger jumps, from 1400 to 1700 to 1900 to 2150 over the course of about two weeks. I stayed at 2150 for about 3 weeks but was continually feeling too full so i came back to 2050. have been eating here for 6 weeks and never feel hungry but never too full either. i've been making sure my inbetween clothes have elastic waists. means they will last a bit longer as i can get a slightly smaller size and shrink into it. get rid of the clothes that are too big, unless like me you've only worn them once or twice and can get you some $$ if you list them on ebay! But hide them at the back…

i eat dessert most nights; either 80% cocoa chocolate or frozen yoghurt. There's nothing wrong with it; just factor it into your day!!! I'm now at tha stage I don't crave it every night but it's nice to know that it's there and now 1 serve is more than enough

I prelog everything the evening before so that i know what i need to pack for the next day. Otherwise i come to work and then have to stress about going out to find all the food i need. Really does help to be prepared and doesnt take that long. good luck

i used to be a see-food and eat it, didnt really matter if it was sweet or savoury, if it was in the house, then it was eaten first and the entire contents on once sitting. 1l tubs of ice cream 200g chips half pizza plus cheese bread and then repeated the next day. I dont have one weakness I have many depending on my mood!!

Thank you, i have been so concerned that I have not been exercising much recently, but then I am focusing on fueling my body to just get through the day to day. So i know that I will be in a good place when i fit the exercise back in. Love reading what everyone has to say
