One thing that works for me is to start the day off with exercise, this way I am less likely to eat junk for a good portion of the rest of the day. Thanks...I've been doing the insanity program and someone suggeston I stock up on B12 comples and some multivitamins. I don't really take anything either but I think I have some One a Day sitting around somewhere...

This is a great option but I WISH people would stop posting that it's 42 calories cos it's NOT. It's closer to 160 calories which is a big difference. I just made some tonight and actually took a picture which I'll try and post. It's great, just not 42 calories great!!
