Dont we all want to lose our weight fast! Sadly, isnt the best option, it certainly isnt the healthy option. Your going be eating to few calories. Do you eat exercise calories back? I can burn 500 on insanity, so really only going to have ate 500, farr to low. Eating is key in weightloss.

Yes i found this too BUT thats when point comes to push yourself more on it because you are now able to give it 20% more than you first could, IMO.

I love belvita....to point they become addiction to me because they are more biscuit, biscuits than replacing my breakfast. Ive tried them for breakfast didnt even fill a hole in me lol. Belvita biscuits with yogurt filling or whatever it is... are soo amazing. i could eat the box full lol

Dont see this as very accurate as its saying need 1 set HR number. I input my walking today HR ranged from 130-158. Put in 130 - to low Put in 140 - to high

Daily is farrrrrr to often in my opinion. Every 7-10days BUT ive learnt it isnt about number on the scales its about ME. then its body measurements then scales.

Depends how ill i feel. If im coughing to much ill pass i cant get oxygen in. If im so ill im unable to eat, ill be to weak, i wont do it. If ive just got mild sore throat/sneezes ill workout.

if your working out & ONLY eating 1200 cals you aint doing yourself any favours. i do however agree weightloss been harder after having my second child.

also agree need to view your diary. 6lb already is great, these things do take time. dont expect 12lb, 6lb, 9lb you see on biggest loser :)
