this^^ and what do you mean at your size? rock it girl! and as for the boob comments, it's hard for us girls to find supportive bikini tops! I go for the same halter-type but with thicker straps so they have a stronger hold on the girls! :)

I get bored doing the same workout over and over, so I recently decided to do the "30 Day Slimdown" I kept seeing around on these boards. It basically mixes Jillian's 30DS, BFBM and NMTZ in a 30 day schedule. I'm only on day 5 now, but I haven't gotten bored yet! Good luck!

I'm currently working on 30ds but that 30 day slimdown schedule sounds like it would be way more up my alley! i'm only on day 5 and i'm kinda bored with 30ds already. looking forward to seeing everyone's results.

so glad i found this thread! just started 30DS today (level 1 of course) and although i was feeling the burn, just reminding myself of all the great results i have read and seen on this site kept me going. I have no doubt that i will be sore, but i kinda like it! makes me feel i accomplished something, no matter how small…

I have never done weight watchers but i think this is generally the same, but there are no points. it just goes by calories. If you log every little thing you eat, it really helps you see what you are putting in your body, and the exercise you need to do to work off the calories you ate and then some to lose weight! good…
