If your urine is a light yellow, then you probably are taking in enough water. Count your broth in soups, liquids in your protein drink, juice,milk and water itself. Doesn't have to be just plain water.

I'd still get checked. Yes you can start perimenopause early. I've had some symptoms for years but never have had a missed period yet.

I worked out and used the 600ish calories on chocolate bars and crunchy cheetos. I enjoyed the whole day, from carving pumpkins, handing out treats and watching Halloween wars. I slept great. :)

Usually 1% milk , sometimes almond milk. Also add a banana and a cup of blueberries for vitamin and fiber goodness.

Until you get your light, try some candles. I light some in the morning and then again in the evening. I love my candles. :)

Thanks for the link! I knew my scale was wrong. It had me at 35% fat but using the calculations, I am 26.58%. The goal I picked awhile ago, to get to 135 works. 18% fat sounds like a good goal.

Walnuts and banana. Apple and cinnamon. Peaches with yogurt. I use honey or maple syrup as a sweetener.

I'm wondering if ti's okay to eat them the next day. I had about 1100 calories left to reach my goal at the end of the night. (2400 calorie burn for a 4.5 hour bike ride). I did make up for it the next day. Hope that isn't too bad! I can't eat much before or during the ride as I'll get stomach pains.

I wish I knew myself. Two days ago I burned 2400 calories on a 4.5 hour mountain bike ride. That left me with a 1000 deficit for the day. Yesterday I ate them back. I use resistance bands instead of the pull up bar. Plus I can only do pushups on my knees. Even so I feel that I get a great workout with P90x. Honey and maple syrup. I do have white sugar and that's in my tea. There is no replacement that I like for that.
