Hey fitfam, I'm Gina a wife, mother of a 17 yr old daughter, a 4 yr old daughter, and a 9 yr old fur baby. I've been on my weight loss journey since November 2011 and thus far I've made some great strides. Sorry I haven't been posting, personal turmoil going on in my life, but I have stayed well below in sodium both Monday and Tuesday. Butterfly kicks were completed yesterday, sorry I forgot to post. Todays jumping jacks completed as well!!!

Push ups complete, as well as 75 crunches and for extra movement I parked further up parking lot at gym and pushed myself to do 5 addtl mins on the treadmill. Thanks for this challenge Tanya, it's helping me to push myself a little more each day. And I see everyone is doing such a great job, HIGH FIVE everyone!!!
