I could be many things. Im sure you can definitely rule out too much water and carbs. Make sure you are eating enough at least 1200 cals. I also agree, I have tried alot of things and I find myself most dedicated to this process. One of the best things about MFP is its free, I can't believe that with all he money I have spent trying to lose weight Im having more success doing it for free. I absolutely LOVE this site!!!!:happy:

I use to be addicted to coke, had to have a couple a day at least. I had to cut it cold turkey. Went through withdrawal (mood swings, headaches) for about 3-4 days and have been fine every since. On Thanksgiving day I actually craved for one but I refused to give in to it, I don't want to start up that habit again. Lol

Yes ma'am 8 glass or more. What I do is drink a 16oz bottle water with breakfast, lunch, and dinner and when I workout I drink at least another 16oz.

I enjoyed doing this challenge. Although I was new to MFP you guys friended me and were with me every step of the challenge. I'm excited to say I lost 10.2lbs which is 3% of my start weight of this challenge. I hope everyone else did well, and I'll hopefully be with you guys through other challenges.

I've done the 17 day diet and its ok but I like just counting cals better.

Have the wii fit plus and love it. I like it cause you have fun while burning calories. I have also purchased extenders for my board so I get a greater burn.

Start off just putting the treadmill where you want to be 3.0 is a good speed. I think 5.0 is way to high for anyone just starting to workout on the treadmill. I agree this is not uncommon. I turn down friends all the time who try to make me feel guilty for not wanting to go out to eat with them.
