  • hi! I suggest you to drink green tea and to eat low fat food for a week or two. You can try Ducan Diet and to boil your meat and vegetables, or Oshawa diet. I tried Ducan, and it worked. But you have to be very very carefully not to gain more than you lost, after you start eating sweets or fruits.
