Just check the level when you start. I didn't know how to work it and I lasted about 1 minute. When you start the machine it automatically starts you at a higher level than 1. It was about my third or fourth time on the machine when I figured this out. I changed that level to 1, quickly. Eventually I worked my way up some…

Never had a weight problem until I had kids.. My body changed and I noticed that I couldn't eat certain things anymore and not pay the consequences. I'm learning my body all over again.
