I have one 12 ounce can of DR Pepper a day. One a very rare occasion I will have coffee, too or a 2nd caffeinated beverage but I am trying to limited it just one.

During the week, I normally work out when my kids are napping or in bed for the night. On the weekends, I go early in the morning when my hubby is home to watch them.

I try to eat healthy AND within my calories but it doesn't always work out that way. No matter what I eat, I do my best to be under my calories.

YES !! YES !! YES !! I have had my fitbit a little over a week and I LOVE IT ! :love: I wear it every it expect for the pool and the shower. Best of all, no one knows I have it on. It automatically updates when ever I am near my computer.

Daily ... some times multiple times a day.... LOL But I officially weigh in on Tuesday mornings as soon as I wake up.

I don't think I would have any issues with it as long as it was worded the right way and you weren't totally snotty about it.

I am as big as some of those contestants on the Biggest Looser. I understand why Jillian rides them as hard as she does.... because they need it. I need it. It's so easy to find an excuse to quit and give up. Jillian know they can't afford to do it. Their life depends on it. They need some one to force them.
