Seriously...5 minutes I lasted and that with with my favorite TV show on. I now do an hour at a time with increased depth and tension. It's something different...push yourself out of your comfort zone every time you are on it and eventually ( within a couple of weeks) you will see your comfort zone max is stretched

how do you subract the resting rate...you mean how many calories you would have burned in that hour of excercise??? Smart..never thought of that.
