I drink at least two 8 oz glasses of water before breakfast. I don't just sip water occasionally, I gulp as much as I can, as often as I can. Drink lots of water... don't just sip it, gulp it. You would be surprised at how much that helps. I have heard that most of the time when we think we are hungry we are really just thirsty.

Try the microwaved apples with cinnamon and a touch of brown sugar... it isn't chocolate, but it usually resolves my cravings.
