I use mfp to keep track of my points as well. I enter what I plan on eating on the food diary and then add the total points for the day in the note section. I really like that most of the brands that I eat are here in the database. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I also find that eating crunchy veggies help. I have no idea why. Maybe the noise in my head. ha-ha.

Good point. Calories is the main goal. I was trying to find a good balance of using it. Points vs calories.

I just started this site also today. I listed everything I have planned out to eat today and it was all there. I was surprised. Even the brands I was using.

I have been on WW off and on for a month. I'm a horrible dieter. but this was fun to plug in your daily menu and see the actual listings. I usually write it all down on a piece of paper. How long have you been on WW? how is it going? I'm Cari.
