Um....all of my kids read labels. Except for the 4 year old lol I teach them about the nutrition side of things & doesn't have anything to do with calories. Ridiculous? I think not :P

My oldest has PDD-NOS and is on concerta and intuniv. He's on 36mg of the concerta but it wears off after lunch so we'll be going back to his doctor next week to see what we can do. Ah....loose skin. I have some but it was never something I freaked out over. I love it so much that I teach it! The pool I teach at is one that can hold about 15 people so with that restricted of an area I can use music & not worry about them not hearing me (the bigger the area the louder the music & more the instructor has to compete with it, kwim?)

It depends on what you are doing....for Zumba and other dancing I use converse, lots of jumping & movement I have reebok running tones, running I use vibram :) If you looking for a running/jogging shoe I recommend being fitted at a running store!

I reached my original goal of 150lbs lost in February of last year (so almost a year lol) & after maintaining decided a couple of months ago to go a little lower. :)

I practice my Zumba rounds at home (one of the classes I teach is aqua Zumba)... My kids love to do it with me! ;)
