I have 2 dogs...a 5 year old boxer, Roxie, and a 8 month old shepard/husky mix with bright blue eyes, Carlie. It really varies with my mood & anxiety level....like tonight I was in a belly dance class at a studio I work at & while watching myself I saw myself getting fatter & fatter. For the most part I do love what I see in pictures & the mirror but sometimes the insecurities of the morbidly obese chick rears her big behind.

I was a closet emotional binge eater. It was a very hard thing to stop & even now I have to mentally shake myself out of it. I also over ate in the same typical American way.

Birthday cake....comes in the small individual size cups (the only way ice cream comes in my house lol) The mardi gras one runs a close second ;)

I have personal rest days twice a week...however that is with formal exercise. I'm always moving :) Motivation has nothing to do with it sometimes, committing to it and doing it because it's scheduled in my phone can make me get it and do it too ;) I now teach about 8 classes a week and do personal trainings....same rule…

I'm from New Orleans & live on the Northshore now :) start by slowly cutting back on the salt & make sure you are drinking plenty of water. My dad just did a crawfish boil yesterday & I'm up 5 pounds from sodium ( I don't eat anything but crawfish & mushrooms at those things lol

My oldest is 10 and has Asperger's (I have 2 other kids too)...it's been quite a journey to balance both but it gets easier as things become habit. My biggest issue was the guilt I felt at first for taking time for myself to exercise or anything else. Please feel free to add me :flowerforyou:

I'm a PT & the best thing to find is another PT to mentor you....if they are confident & truly love what they do they won't think of you as competition. :) everyone here has already told you everything else I was going to say lol

^^^this :) It really doesn't matter. I eat an ice cream bar or fruit before bed almost every single night. It has never slowed my weight loss down ;)

It screams unhealthy to me....I have a lot of friends on it & sell it but even if you are drinking the 2 shakes a day with milk straight from the dairy & a healthy regular meal you'll come in low in calories.

A woman will fluctuate more than a man will ;) WW scales in their centers are pretty accurate but as long as both start going down then it's all good!
