This ^^^ As a rule it's recommended to drink half of your body weight in ounces to stay hydrated (if you weigh 200 pounds then 100 oz) plus more if you are exercising. Water intoxication can happen but it's rare :)

it also has to do with the threads we read (or whatever websites)....spiders go around and pick out key words and the ads will pop up with them. So now that I've read this thread I'll probably will be seeing pizza ads soon ;)

I have a son on the spectrum and this is what I'd recommend. What ever you say do it out of love but expect his mom and/or dad to be in denial and even get angry at you. It's a touchy subject.

Break it up :) I took mine 10 pounds at a time since the big number intimidated me at first. I also focused on the incentives I put in place for every 25lbs lost (like manicures, new volatile flip flops, etc)
