  • PB2 is great stuff! I've tried the regular one and the chocolate one. I prefere the chocolate one. It is a great alternative to regular peanut butter. I sprinkle some over my oatmeal in the morning and I love PB2 with apple slices for a yummy snack. If you can find it, try it out!
  • I love chocolate too! I try to curb my chocolate cravings by eating Fiber One Brownies. Each brownie has 90 calories and 5 grams of fiber--not too bad. For a snack, I like to take one out of the wrapper and microwave it so the chocolate chips melt a little. I add a banana with it too. Tastes as good as dessert!
  • One of my favorite snacks is apple slices with PB2. A serving of PB2 is only 45 calories and tastes almost like peanut butter (not as creamy of course, but still yum!). It's a snack around 120 calories and definitely curbs the munchies. Also, if you have a Trader Joe's around you, try the apple cranberry mini fiber cakes.…
