Boil a chicken breast then slice into thin strips. Sautee with an onion and cayanne pepper. Add a couple tbsp of your favorite salsa and top over brown rice. A little shredded cheese goes well with it too. VERY satisfying!!

I started Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed & Shred which is a great variety...cardio, kickboxing, yoga etc...Ripped in 30 is also awesome:)

What are you putting in the ripped in 30 workout as? I think Ive been doing it wrong, i put in the length of the video for circuit training and it burns over 260 cals...someone please let me know if I am doing this right.
