Yeah, I stay away from all chicken salads/tuna salads/cole slaw that I don't make myself because for some reason everyone thinks it's necessary to add sugar. So weird.

It's never been accurate for me, simply because: the likelihood that every day is going to be exactly the same for the next 5 weeks is absolutely zero. It's a fun motivator to think about how much you theoretically could lose, but don't put any stock in it. :)

Woah....are you the writer of butterisnotacarb.com?!? Your face looked kind of familiar to me and I remember reading her(your?) blog post about 100 lbs lost. If it is you, I love your website! I made the Creamy Brussels Bake the other day and it was amazing. If it's not you then nevermind, and congrats on 100 lbs lost! :)
