I have one to two scoops a day. I lift heavy and I need it. I use it in my oatmeal or cereal in the morning and a scoop in my smoothie after my workout. I also add it to protein peanut butter cookies and to pumpkin protein desert that I make! :)

Good idea Amy! I eat 40 Protein/30 Carbs/30Fat and I almost every morning I have 1/2 cup cooked Old Fashioned Oatmeal with 1 scoop Isopure Protein Powder and 1 tsp. Udo's oil (or flaxseed oil) and cinnamon. Very quick and easy. However, I must say I will be hungry in 2-3 hours so prepare a snack too! I eat 5-6 times a day…

I like to take a bag (frozen) of chicken tenderloins or breasts and put them in the crockpot with Trader Joe's low fat Marinara on top with about 1/4 cup water. This is good served over either whole wheat noodles or brown rice. Yum!

I don't pre-log my exercise. However, sometimes in the late afternoon I will pre-log my food so I stay on track for the day. I find that if I pre-log in the evenings it makes it so.....much easer to stay on plan and not overeat!

I really like my NordicTrac Treadmill. I bought it brand new 11 years ago and I use it a lot and it has been fantastic!

I have a NordicTrac that we bought at Sears over 11 years ago! It is awesome and still works very well. I have used it the whole 11 years, it's not a clothes rack! :)

I like old fashioned oatmeal, cinnamon, a scoop of protein powder and some flaxseed oil. However, it only keeps me full for 2 hours tops, then it's time to eat again. That's ok I eat 5-6 meals a day! :)

I have a cheat meal or two a week but I try not to go too overboard! Personally, I feel for me that it's beneficial as it keeps my metabolism guessing and keeps me sane! :bigsmile:
