Pizza is my favorite food and I could not succeed in my lifestyle without it! I make pizza by getting Trader Joe's whole wheat dough and divide it out to 1.5-2.5 oz depending on my activity that day. Then I roll out really thin (let dough rest on countertop for 20 min or it will "spring back" original size (small). Roll…

Organic Beef jerky from Trader Joe's, grapes, almonds. Protein, Carbs, fat.........YUM! Greek yogurt, sweetened with Splenda, then mix in a little peanut butter. Great for serving with cut up apples for dipping :)

You might take a look at Couch to 25K running app from Zen Labs. I love it! Best of luck and have fun

I tried both and it drove me batty! LOL. My suggestion-pick one or the other. I'm having way more success with WW :) However, I just like dealing with Points rather than calories better PLUS I like being held accountable by going to the meetings and being weighed. Whatever works, right? There is a script to put in MFP that…

Great job! I reached lifetime again last week. My weight went up when I had to lay on the couch 5 weeks after toe surgery. I love WW too!

I take 1/2 Cup of Light Vanilla Soy milk and heat in microwave for about a min.(1 Pts + and part of a milk serving) Than I add my coffee and sweetener. In the afternoon I go to 7-11 and use 4 Individual half and half containers (2 Pts+). For tea I use Fat free half and half 2 TBSP=1 Pts + I love coffee too. I work out a…

80 for sure! No doubt about it. Love heat, hate the cold!

I see where some people do not like Isopure Vanilla Zero Carb. However, I love it and have had excellent results from it. My nutritionist recommended it to me.

Hi, You are more than welcome to add me :) I am a lifetime member who gained a little bit too when I had big toe surgery. The scale is going in the right direction now!

I love lifting weights and have done so for over 30 years. I am 49! I don't think it's an age thing at all. Age is just a number anyways!
-
I take 1/2 cup of Vanilla Light Soymilk and warm it in the microwave, then I add coffee and splenda-YUM!
-
49 here and happier than ever! :))))

I love Weight Watchers! I love MFP! I am a lifetime member since 2005 and gained a little bit of weight from big toe surgery and laying on the couch of 5 weeks. I am now back at lifetime and I track here and on WW. It's a pain to log both places but I like to know my nutrition facts. I think you should go back to WW if you…

Thank you very much for posting. It looks delish!

That is not enough calories. Have you thought of getting a fitbit? I know I was under eating until I got my fitbit so now I don't have to "guess" how many calories I'm burning per day-Now I know and I can adjust my calories for my goals. Best wishes on your journey.
-
That's AWESOME! Keep up the good work. Are you doing WW and MFP? I do both and I'm having some success as well. :)
-
I think 1200 is too low as well. Like the above poster mentioned put goal of losing 1 pound per week and eat your exercise calories ..
-
I am 5' 8" and my goal weight is 155. I have lifted weights for years and I look pretty lean at this weight :)

Hi, I track both on WW and on MFP. It's a pain to track both places but I want to make sure my protein/Carb/Fat is where I want them to be. I am getting tired of it but I love the 49 extra weekly points per week on the WW program. I can figure out the calories for the weekly points but it's not the same on how I feel about…

I am a WW lifetime member and I truly love the WW program. I follow the program and the try each day to meet all the good health guidelines. Good for you for going back to WW after all these years! I track on WW and on here to make sure my Carbs, Fat and Proteins are where I want them to be. I lift weights and have for…
