i lift 3 times a week and do HIIT on the treadmill... and then supplement with a boot camp-ish type class once a week and a track workout once a week.

afternoon - my actual name is Tawnya not Ruby (RubytOU) :) Back on track after the weekend. Wow the weekends derail me quickly. I need structure. Hope you all are staying on track. Getting up at 345 tomorrow morning to get my workout in before work. gotta love those days.... they just Drag and drag.

i wear a fuel belt. I have several types but prefer the one with 4 small bottles that sit around your waist. The belt with the one large bottle always chaffes the middle of my back when the bottle is full, plus I can never seem to get the belt tight enough. Not fun for the rest of the run... or when taking a shower…

Went to TJ Maxx and nearly spent my paycheck because every, single thing I took in the DR fit and looked fabulous!! Plus they are all size 10 now instead of 12. (for bottoms) tops are now medium instead of Large. Whoop! ♥♥♥♥

I wish I was "getting up" at 5AM! :) I get up at 345 to make it to the class on time. Only once a week though so don't anybody go thinking I'm a rock star... bc I'm totally NOT. :) oh and I'm not motivated for job work either. blah... hence why I'm on here screwing off! :-P

realizing that I had a closet and armoire packed FULL of clothes that my fat butt couldnt fit into and crying on the floor because I had nothing to wear. Now most of my stuff is too big... sort of the same problem but a "better" one. :)

I agree... my gym has a "real" one and the WW one always says my bf is WAY lower. not that I'm complaining... but i need accuracy not fluff.

Hi - I'm new to the group. I had a similar destructive weekend. My son's 3yr b-day party. Cake, ice cream. hot dogs. hamburgers, chips, candy...etc etc.... recovery mode hard core now. :) hope its good for everyone today!
