I'm 33, 5'2", and my goal is 115-120. I'll add you to my friends list :)

I started out in your shoes, so I sent you a friend request. I have about 80 lbs to go, so I'm half way there. One day at a time and you'll get there!

Love the old post with great ideas! My fave is FF plain with berries

My go-to food is a light cheese stick. The protein and fat keep my stomach from growling until meal time.

You look AMAZING!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS! And I loved the pic of you and your daughter in the pair of jeans! What an incredible birthday present to yourself! :flowerforyou:

33 and in Oregon. Just sent a friend request :)

Mine is like a permanent muffin top from where my jeans always rest. I know as I've lost weight I've shrunk in my belly and hip area, so I can only hope that with more weight loss and exercise that it will eventually go away (I'd be happy with almost away). I hope you find the answers you're looking for!

I can't believe these are so well known and I'd never heard of them before now! I can't wait to give these a try!

I don't watch the program either for the same reason. Like others have said, the people on that show workout ALL DAY LONG and don't have the life distractions we have at home. Doesn't mean I wouldn't love to lose 15 lbs in one week though

It's always so frustrating to have setbacks, but I think it's great that you're looking toward positive things in the future. I know when I lose this weight (again!) it will be a LIFETIME of work to keep on track. One day at a time.

I'm sorry for your pain. I'm new to the forum too so I'll add you :)

After 80 lbs lost only my band size has gone down. I count my blessings!

LOL!!!

CONGRATS on your loss so far!!! That's so great! When I started I had about 150 to lose. I have about 80 to go. It's scary to look at how far you have to go, so I try to focus one day at a time. You'll get there! :)

Like someone else said, listen to your body and you can't go wrong. If you feel like trying to jog and can only go a few seconds, then do it. I used to only be able to jog for 15 seconds tops, and now can go almost an entire mile. It's not a competition so go at your body's pace. And congrats on your progress!!!
