I'd be lying if I said I haven't tried the 'easy way' but its obviously not sustainable since I'm back where I started! I'm going at this the natural way - healthy eating and excercise - this time. I didn't get this weight over night so I can't expect to lose it fast either!!

I weigh in 'officially' on Thursday mornings but I do take a peek every morning to try to keep focused. I just remember that my daily weight will fluctuate due to salt intake or a hard workout the day before, etc. I just like to give myself the week to fix any screw ups I have over the weekend - which happen more often…
