I had RNY in 2005. I started gaining weight back in 2011 due to medications but then after that it was my fault from stress eating and depression. I am almost back to my highest weight. Most people told me to pack high protein meals in and then eat veggies when I am hungry between meals. I have digestive issues and so raw veggies are harder for me to eat. I eat salad but I can't just munch celery all day. I have protein bars and almonds to munch on at work and then at night I try to eat cooked veggies.…

I completely understand the issue of doing so well for a few days and then wham.... it's all out the window. It's usually busy weekends that do it for me. I have a lot to lose as well. We can do it!
